Since none of the evidence could see the light of day in a courtroom, the Public cannot see the truth or lie of it. That doesn't negate the evidence by any measure counselor. And you should damn well know it.
I take it back. You just might be a lawyer as only a lawyer would be so audacious as to try and pull that crap.

This is false. Here’s just one example. This is from a decision by a federal district court judge appointed by Trump:
Quote:
With the Electoral College meeting just days away, the Court declined to address the issues in piecemeal fashion and instead provided plaintiff with an expedited hearing on the merits of his claims.
****
And, on the merits of plaintiff’s claims, the Court now further concludes that plaintiff has not proved that defendants violated his rights under the Electors Clause.
****
Plaintiff’s Electors Clause claims fail as a matter of law and fact.
****
This Court has allowed plaintiff the chance to make his case and he has lost on the merits. In his reply brief, plaintiff “asks that the Rule of Law be followed.” (Pl. Br., ECF No. 109.) It has been.
****
1. Plaintiff’s complaint, ECF No. 1, is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.2. Plaintiff’s motion for preliminary injunction, ECF No. 6, is DENIED as moot.3. Defendants’ motions to dismiss, ECF No. 69, 71, 78, 84, 86, 96, 97, and 99, areGRANTED.
