No, it was the Democratic Governors and unelected officials that were changing the rules just prior too and after the election that has led us to this. THAT is the issue that you seem to want to ignore.

I think he should check to make sure there wasn't any fraud going on. Democrats would do the same thing in Trump's shoes. I think that what ever proof he finds will be ignored by the media and disregarded by leftist judges.


People who would falsely claim Trump colluded with Russia and make up all sorts of other false claims about Trump since he won the 2016 presidential election wouldn't be above cheating.

The Constitution assigns authority for the manner of choosing electors to the state legislatures. There have been cases of disputed elections where the legislatures intervened to seat a slate of electors rather than having no say in choosing the President.

Democrats whine about "democracy" whenever it suits their political interests.

The Constitution also says that Congress sets the time for the selection of electors, and they set November 3 (see 3 U.S.C. 1). It's too late for states to change the way they pick electors.
