What Trump proposed in his 2020 budget

See funding cuts chart at site.

Quote:
The Trump administration released its 2020 budget request on Monday, proposing major cuts to federal government spending. While the cuts are unlikely to become reality — Congress has rejected many of Trump’s previous requests — the budget is an important signal of the administration’s priorities and suggests a major funding fight in October
setting us up for another shut down. he should be removed on the grounds he is purposely weakening the country economically and safety wise due to these unnecessary shut downs.

Here's what Senator Sanders has to say to a Trump apologist:

So, in other words, much ado about nothing . . .

But his wish list is just another opportunity for saltwn to call for Orange Man Bad to be removed.

Yay saltwn!

Angry Bernie isn't looking for information like a good Senator should. Instead he historically declares thousands of Americans will die from a lack of health care due to this budget. Even after the Trump administration official schools him on the fact there will be no reduction in overall spending it's feel the Bern with his mindless demagoguery. Of course any attack on the Trump administration no matter how asinine is heroic to the Resistance.

take 800 billion dollars away from a specific bill that your budget goes toward.
how is there no reduction in spending?
the demagoguery is from the admin official

For someone constantly crying about other people failing to view videos it's hypocritical to ignore the video in favor of mouthing Bernie's baseless complaint.

After Bernie's initial childish tantrum the administration official explains that the budget for uncompensated services has been transferred to another part of the budget request. Undeterred, Bernie lapses into full campaign demogoguery braying about block grants to states.

I followed the link in the OP to see the budget cuts and saw there were cuts in the following: Environmental Protection Agency, State and USAID, Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, Agriculture, Interior, Health and Human Services, Education, Energy, Labor, NASA. None of these are mentioned in the Constitution and shouldn't be funded at the federal level, so IMO the cuts don't go far enough. I'd like to see all unconstitutional agencies eliminated.

I didn't like the increased defense spending, because the Military Industrial Complex has too large an influence on our elected officials, and I believe cuts are needed there as well. I didn't like the increased expenditures for Homeland Security, either, because I never thought that agency was needed. We already have a plethora of law enforcement agencies and another certainly wasn't needed. Veterans should receive better care, so an increase in the VA funding is needed, and I agree with that increase.

Here's what Senator Sanders has to say to a Trump apologist:
This is the GOP's ideal budget, not Trump's. If they still controlled congress they would pass this **** in an instant.

The sad part, is the brainwashed voterswho support this, often depend on these services for themselves, or someone in their own family receives services. Many were even fed, housed, and cared for as well as children too.

There is this mentality in America that it’s okay for you to get help because “you really need it”, it’s the other people who “abuse” these “handouts” that are the real problem.

Where was the Socialist VA part of the constitution?
