Funny thing is libs are far more racist and intolerant than most conservatives. Their views on whites, Christians, Jews, Southerners, etc. are extremely low.
There are some rational, somewhat reasonable, classical liberals who, having their own rights and freedoms censured, have spoken out. I seem to recall a time when liberals weren't so easily offended.

The Media and Hollywood have trained them well!

It takes a concerted effort to turn people into offended victims of dreaded words.

Ran across this Panel discussion sponsored by Spiked with 4 self described leftists including Laura Kipnis and Bret Weinstein. A pro Antifa voice on the stage is Angus Johnston. Good discussion and questions in this lengthy forum.

Why Can't People Hear What Jordan Peterson Is Saying?

...It was the most prominent, striking example Iíve seen yet of an unfortunate trend in modern communication.

First, a person says something. Then, another person restates what they purportedly said so as to make it seem as if their view is as offensive, hostile, or absurd.

Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, and various Fox News hosts all feature and reward this rhetorical technique. And the Peterson interview has so many moments of this kind that each successive example calls attention to itself until the attentive viewer canít help but wonder what drives the interviewer to keep inflating the nature of Petersonís claims, instead of addressing what he actually said...

I started a thread on the Jordan Peterson/Cathy Newman interview. If you watch the interview and then contrast it with what Dave Rubin or someone else on new media, the difference is obvious. There is an obsession these days by the MSM to mis-characterize opponents using distortion, straw men, and inappropriate labels. Kipnis, Weinstein, and Peterson have been the brunt of such attacks by the left regressives.
