How about your presidents comments?

BUSTED: Pence made press wait in van so he could leave game early for taxpayer-funded stunt, NBC reports

Vice President Mike Pence left the Indianapolis Colts NFL game early on Sunday after players kneeled during the national anthem as a protest against systemic racism — but many people suspect the White House of orchestrating the stunt at the expense of taxpayers.

In a tweet on Sunday, NBC’s Peter Alexander reported that Pence’s press pool was ordered to wait outside the game because the vice president had planned to leave early.

Try looking it up instead of always coming to the administrations rescue.

Do you care to post any evidence of your claim? However, even though he may have stated to reporters that he would not be long, that is simply acknowledging that there would be players there disrespecting our country. He cannot be held responsible for the actions of those ungrateful players.

Ordered to stay in the van? By who? They do know that they have the right to get out of the van and attempt to enter the stadium just like anyone else. I highly doubt they were ordered. Suggested or encouraged I could see, but I doubt they were ordered.

However, all this shows is that Pence expected to see what he saw. But it does nothing to disprove what the White House said about this event being planned weeks in advance. All this does is show that Pence has more respect for our nation than a bunch of overpaid millionaires playing on a field.

You should take your own advice. I backed up everything I posted. For once, you finally did also. But you still not not disprove what I had stated.

I'll look and see if I can find the Yahoo story on that one.
In point of fact, VP Pence did not go to the game to "pull a stunt." His trip there would have cost the same whether he stayed or left.

As for the "stunt" factor, the players are pulling the "Stunt." Knowing he was there they stil showed disrespect not only to the flag but to the Executive branch,,,; Not only to the nation's military, past and present, but it's commander in chief, President Donald Trump, as represented by VP Pence.

VP Pence reacted to their "stunt" in the name of the American people.

And though it would have cost the American people $88K for him to see the game, he was required by the honor of his office to miss the game. Who's fault then is it that the money was "wasted?"

Given the message relayed to all Americans perhaps it was worth it.

Whenever I see a headline that says "May have" I know it is a crap story that should not be read.

Wrong again. He planned this going in. Trump admitted it. Man the rights heads are like concrete. They admit it and still you excuse it. The press were told to stay in the van because Pence would not be staying. WTF do you need as proof that this was a stunt?
