Republicans are doing such a piss poor job, even their staunchest supporters are forced to beat the bushes looking for excuses.

I don't usually go here but what about the children. I read Kirk's response saying that he doesn't care what Trump does or says as long as he gets stuff done. But we really should care about what the leader of the free world does and the way he says things. It reflects on the nation. When I see this man child acting like a spoiled child I think about the men and woman who died for this country and expecting us to cherish the country enough to elect statesmen to lead our country. Not reality show hosts. Not name calling thin skinned egotists who attack people regularly. He shows no class. He shows no knowledge or need to understand the depths of policy. He embarrasses our country. People who support him were not thinking about the country. They were thinking of their narrow partisan wants and needs. They wanted to stick it in the eye of the left, the media, those they consider "Politically correct". BTW being politically correct isn't a bad thing all the time. Sometimes it's an expression of empathy and compassion. Sometimes it is showing a willingness to understand someone else's feelings. Calling people names like lyin Ted and little Marco shows kids that it's OK to be an ass. When you support the guy who acts that way you are demonstrating your acceptance of these morals.

Just sayin'

Professional demeanor would be nice, but of course that would be indistinguishable from political correctness for Trumps base, so I guess he will continue to act afool. Grab her by the *****, and he still got elected.
