Default Republicans are Going After Those Bad Regulations Today

First one is the "Clean Stream Act". A terrible law that requires coal companies to test the water in the streams coming from mining areas before during and after mining operations because the people that live in those areas use this water. Terrible huh?

The second is the burning of excess methan gas on public lands. Methan being one of the worst green house gases. It calls for them to collect this gas. Another thing to help the environment but it's just too hard.

This is your right wing congress hard at work for corporat..... I mean you.

Maybe they don't believe Republicans would be included in this kind of destruction, since they are so special - even to God!!

The OSM has instituted regulations, not created by the Congress but invented by bureaucrats, which claim powers over streams and wetlands defined essentially as "anything that is wet."

The E has also regulated from this measuring point. Neither has the Legislature enacting such restrictions, just an arbitrary ruling.

While this seems fine with the extreme left, it does run counter to their concept of Democracy. Laws are supposed to be created by the "will of the people." However, Democrats are different and they can do just that.

What the Republicans want to install is legislation that curbs this power, mostly because it has been so dramatically abused.

No, I am in favor of our ELECTED Legislatures making the rules about such things. That is how WE THE PEOPLE retain our power in a Republic.

You would prefer Fascism or a Dictatorship? Show me one with clean air and water.

You have a made up view of how our country works. beyond that you care nothing about sh*tting in your neighbor's yard even though it's eventually going to seep into your own?
I don't believe you are that stupid or mean.

No, I have a written document, dated 1789, that says I am right. I have no idea, nor care, what your vision of "how our nation works." But apparently it is quite different.

As for caring about messing up my neighbors yard, you know nothing. I am perhaps the only inhabitant of my subdivision (440 homes) with the level of green practices going on. But, I claim no rights to dictate what my other neighbors do with theirs. We have an HOA for that and local governance.

Both must follow the laws of the land but we can vote on local issues within those parameters.

GOP wants to ditch this transparency rule for oil/gas companies just after mystery person bought 19% of Rosneft & confirming Tillerson

If you all recall in Steele's Trump dossier, there is mention of the Russians giving Trump 19% of Rosneft in return for lifting sanctions.
