If you don't know the story by now, "Joe the Plumber" was a guy who asked Obama a question and it was being videotaped...
Since there was no teleprompter present, Obama forgot to steer clear of his socialist agenda and outright blurted that he wants to spread around everyone's money so the people who become successful are forced to help people that are either unsuccessful or outright not even trying to be successful and live off of the government's dole... Here's the video... Now, of course, the issue is Obama's response and his position on taxes... BUT... The Left sees this as someone DARING to question the Anointed One... So what are they doing?...You got it... Attacking Joe the Plumber... ![]() The official “WHO IS JOE THE PLUMBER?” thread Quote:
It's just "attack the guy who dared to ask a question to the Lamb of Chicago"... ![]() And, as sure as the sun rises, we have the obligatory "Joe is a racist" line because he said that Obama's answer to him was "a tap dance...almost as good as Sammy Davis, Jr." Quote:

This has nothing to do with Barack, it has everything to do with McCain picking the wrong example of middle-class virtue.

This doesn't help your case... We still haven't seen this great image of America coming from this man.

THIS MAN should not be the issue...It's a distraction while AVOIDING the real issue, which is Obama's pure, 100%, prime-cut socialist answer...

2. McCain made Joe the Plumber an issue by exalting him as the prime example of good Americans being hurt by Obama's polices. 3. Joe the Plumber wouldn't be hurt by Obama's policies. Therefore there is no real example of a 'common' man being hurt by Obama's plan which is the argument that McSame was trying to make.

dabateman, you COMPLETELY dodged the issue.
Don't you know that when somebody posts some extremist leftist troll crap they found on somebody else's message board, that you have to turn around and defend it... ![]() I swear. If it ain't the right (as in Palin / McCain) throwing insults at Obama, ... ... it's the right complaining about insults thrown around on message boards. ![]() I think it's time for me to dig up some of Bhkad's posts in response... ![]()

I'm with Jon Stewart on this...
Joe the Plumber's House | The Daily Show | Comedy Central Why are we vetting this guy? The Joe the Plumber guy? The only REAL thing that needs to come up is that he WILL NOT pay higher taxes under Obama's plan. The rest is garbage being treated as window dressing. They tell you that everyone gets their 15 minutes of fame.Sad, but true... And an off-track comment on this quote...
