Well I never gave a seconds thought that this would show how divided we have become as a site, a society and the world, possibly. Really can't the older members recall when this very same thing came up back then {ya Obama's period of Nothing was long, but} back when we shared the laughs.

Mikeyy hit it politically and each of you know it. As most all of us do agree on this point.

I never saw the main shows as we would go down the lane that was kind of a bit off from the other attractions, You know the guy who ripped the heads off chickens and ate them, the hairy woman, all the freaks..

And the tents with the guns and targets. And of course the rides.. Loved them rides..........

Down south we would get 2 or 3 of the smaller Circus a year and maybe in 2 or 3 years the "Greatest Show On Earth." What a treat for any young person...

I remember being in the main tent with a friend. It was yuge
also saw the amazon woman and a midget in the side show.
the clowns scared me
but the high wire act really scared me
I remember liking the ponies and monkeys

Come to think about it I did see most of the high wire act. Some family I think, cute girls. And 2 bothers.

I was glued to each step they took while the music would make it more intense.

They had a net for most of the act.. But in the end the net came down and the older ones went up.. The entire tent full of people with one sound as the act went on. Ohhs then a few awws. And finally a gasp for air.

And it didn't cost that much, as I recall it was cheaper than the Drive In Theater the parents took us to every second Saturday Night.
