You should really read what you are responding too. The argument was made that the Democrats strengthened the Fillibuster, hence why the Republicans used it so much against Obama. Obviously the Democrats weakened the Fillibuster, that's what I said. Reading Comprehension not your strong suit?

On this we agree. I remember McCain saying as much at the time. The Fillibuster change was pushed through by Harry Reid, but with the help of a bunch of freshmen Senators who had no historical reference to work off of. The Majority will one day be the minority, so be careful what you ask for.

The Supreme Court however was the only thing that didn't change, you still need 60 votes for that.

I guess it depends on what you mean by "strengthening" What Hairy Reid did was made it easier to shut one down and bring on a vote.
A 51% shut of Vrs a 67% weakens the ability to use one. In my view that makes it easier to push something through. How is that strengthening the power of a filibuster?

The Founders set things up so that passing legislation would be inefficient for a reason. Early on, Senate rules were adopted that continued with that concept.
