Obama Caught Whitewashing

Here's a nice little page a few days ago from Obama's "fight the smears" website (an obvious oxymoron) and then the same page a few days later...

Notice the change?...

First, the outright lie...

Quote:

Barack was never an ACORN trainer and never worked for ACORN on any other capacity.

Then the whitewash...

Quote:

ACORN never hired Obama as a trainer, organizer, or any type of employee.

Obama needs his readers to be too dumb to understand that lawyers are NOT "employees" of the places they're hired to work for...

And he DID "work for ACORN" in another "capacity".

From the Chicago Sun-Times last year...

In 1995, former Republican Gov. Jim Edgar refused to implement the federal "Motor Voter" law, which Republicans argued could invite fraud and which some Republicans feared could swell the ranks of Democratic voters.

The law mandated people be allowed to register to vote in government offices such as driver's license renewal centers.

Obama sued on behalf of ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now. The League of Women Voters and other public-interest groups joined in.

Also, notice the outright LIE that was kept in both instances...here it is again...

September 26, 2004 article in the New York Times:

Time Magazine, in this October 18, 2004 article:

Now after all of this whitewashing and lying, let's hear about an actual FACT that Obama DOESN'T put on his website...

I'm beginning to wonder just how many Repubs. did the fraud to get rid of ACORN because their values clearly rub against each other.
ACORN has promoted people making a living wage
ACORN has promoted competition among schools -something Reps say they want but do they seriously want an informed electorate?
ACORN helped Katrina victims

And Acorns make big trees. Geeez. Lets vote before we find out something real serious. Like Obama was once nice to a Muslim. Or some other blood curtailing stuff like that

This is the typical response from the same crowd that hollers like banchees because Bush got a DUI 20 years ealrlier, but give a free pass to Obama who admits to being a frequent drug user...

I am not screaming about Bush's drinking habits. And I have smoked plenty of pot over the years. When did I ever post anything about Bush and his drinking? Yu don't have to be Michael Moore or Oliver Stone to have a low image of Bush. You just need to looks at the results of his Presidency to see he was over his head or at least was given bad advice. Any President can have things go bad on him. But sooner or later you have to accept some responsibility for something. Where in the last 7+ years has Bush ever done that? Its always someone else's fault.

What you're trying to do is like talking about all the nice things that Jim Jones "church" did, but ignoring the crimes they committed. It's called "whitewashing". YOU should be one of the people demanding that ACORN be investigated, but instead you're spending your time DEFENDING these criminals. This is one of the biggest problems the left - you refuse to police your own and instead defend them when they are revealed as criminals.

It's like the guy who gets caught backing out the door with a TV in his arms at 2AM when no one's home and tells the police that he was just taking it out be fixed. Why believe liars???
