Obama image painted on Republican Club building

A likeness of the Illinois senator, in purple spray paint, was stenciled on the front window and outside columns of the Third Avenue headquarters overnight Friday.

Club officials reported the vandalism Saturday morning and told police they would be willing to prosecute the responsible party.

"I think it is some un-American, uninformed and misguided individual," headquarters committee chairman Bob McKeen said.

Fellow Republican supporter Jerry Rowen said his sign promoting the John McCain-Sarah Palin candidacy suffered the same fate.

These pranks are part of the election cycle,by no means does that excuse such behavior,it's a reflection of the times and the immaturity we must deal with from both camps.

I'll be waiting for the reports of vandalism by McCain supporters (but I won't be holding my breath)......

Nope, just that liberals are more likely to break the law in pursuit of their agendas than conservatives are. It's part of that whole "relative morality" thing that liberals seem to embrace with much greater vigor than conservatives do.
