Congressional districts based solely on population will produce vast rural districts or districts that are mostly rural but have a slice of urban areas that always outvote the rural area. It certainly is no improvement over the current system.

I would be opposed to reducing the current voting period to 3 days. Currently there are early ballots available for weeks before the election as well as early voting in many places. Why reduce it to 3 days?

I can think of few people less qualified to be our President than the incumbent, you would top the list.
