No. I support mail-in balloting that has been highly successful in those states that have adopted it. Of course person could still vote in person if necessary at a polling location (e.g. a post office, police or fire station) but the primary voting is done by mail.

I'd prefer someone like Neil DeGrasse Tyson that's proven himself to be highly intelligent. I don't even know what Tyson's political ideology is but he's a part of the intelligentsia and I'm really tired of stupid presidents.

I'm aware of the Constitution. But as you say, states are required to carry out their elections for deciding electoral college participants subject to certain federal requirements.
