Purse Stolen From Woman at Residence

Quote:
Hello Friends,
This was in my local newspaper: Purse Stolen From Woman at Residence.

Quote:
A woman said she noticed her purse was missing from her car just before 5 pm on Sunday. The car was parked at her residence on Hornet Drive. The woman said the car had been locked and the purse was in the back seat. The purse was valued at $400, her wallet was valued at $200 and she said there was $800 in cash in the purse, according to the police report.

Also missing were the woman's food stamp cards. . .
Hmmmm, where do I start?

Nope...

It's a political attack on the fact we have a government that allows food stamps to people carrying $800 in $200 wallets in $400 purses...

So then the Julia thing was a typo I take it.

Also, I think the link doesn't work, I just get an HTML dump. Might need a-fixin'.

We also have a government that allows people like you to make assumptions that A = Q.

Just because a person has an expense bag, or purse doesn't mean they shouldn't qualify for assistance. It is entirely possible that those were gifts. It is also entirely possible that the money was rent money. The facts can be spun in many different ways.

This story is pretty dicey. It's a "a friend of mine showed me a copy of an article from small town he was in". I can't find any other mention of the sentence "The purse was valued at $400, her wallet was valued at $200 and she said there was $800 in cash in the purse, according to the police report. " other than here and two other places, neother of which have any reference back to the orginal story. No way to tell if it's real or fake or if there's more to the story.

And I cannot find the original newspaper article, every search links me to conservative websites which also have no source other than some alleged newspaper clip from Georgia that I can't find anywhere.

Google warriors, help!
