If this was just about justice you might have a point, but, when the media coins a term never used before then they are trying like hell to slant the story. "White Hispanic?" Never ever heard that one used in the description of a latino.

I am white and he is no darker then me. I watched his brother on TV. What color was he? This has nothing to do with Zimmermans shade. It is a perception by some of blacks with hoodies.

Zimmerman looks equally hispanic in both of those pictures, as far as I'm concerned. He looks ruddy in one, and olive-skinned in the other. The olive-skinned version, while paler, does not in my opinion make him look "more white".

He could be Italian for all I can tell. I still don't see what this has to do with the case at hand anyway. The case is a armed man chasing down a young black boy because he had preconcieved notions. It's pretty obvious that Martin was screaming for help and is now dead. Maybe he was screaming while fighting off Zimmerman but it's pretty clear this was a black kid minding his own business who was somehow acosted by Zimmerman (who is obviously Jewish) and ended up dead. I am truly amazed at how the right has tried to spin this entire thing.

It matters if part of the reason the Sanford police declined to arrest Zimmerman is because Trayvon is black and Zimmerman is "white".
It is my assertion that Zimmerman is clearly of hispanic heritage and would not be mistaken for anything else, especially in a state like Florida where there are so many hispanics.
I think the more salient point is that Zimmerman's father is not only white but a judge, and Zimmerman has been arrested three times in the past, but never convicted.

Using liberal logic Zimmermans past is irrelevent, just like Martin's.
