Everything everyone else has mentioned. BB gun and bottle rocket fights, jumping off cliffs (into water of course) etc. Hell, I once made a makeshift parachute out of a sheet and jumped off the roof of my house. That one didn't work out so well.

I remember kids on skateboards hanging on to the bed of a pickup truck, but I was never that brave.

Hooky bobbing on snow covered roads was a blast too! Just watch out for pot holes, and the car behind you that can't stop very fast.
