If he was reporting to Koch the line may have been just a bit more open than it was wouldn't you think? And wouldn't the governors answers been a bit more direct? But why would Koch need to go through the secretaries if he is really the one behind all of this? He would have a direct cell number to call wouldn't he? I mean please, the guy is supposed to be bank rolling and running this whole show but has no direct number to get ahold of his puppet at any moment? Did the governor not have Koch's phone number on caller ID to know when he is calling versus some prankster? Please.

Absolutely. If Richard Trumka can brag about being in the White House several times a week, Scott Walker can take a call from David Koch.
