There is nothing stopping a talented commentator on the Left from doing what Beck, Limbaugh and Coulter do, except that the nature of the material does not lend itself to close examination from people contaminated by real-life experience.

Thus, Leftist material can be propounded in a college classroom and well received by intelligent by woefully inexperienced students who have spent their entire lives sheltered from harsh physical and fiscal realities, but not to a national audience of businessmen, craftsmen, farmers, laborers, housewives and service men. The later group have too many experiences that run contrary to the proposed social and government models of the Left.

You're bright, think about what I just wrote. It is true, it is obviously true, and resistance to that truth is self deception.

Very, you should study up on it. What you were taught in school was incomplete and often times cherry picked to the point it was innacurate.

I doubt it. But I embrace the idea of accepting healthy bitterness, and avoiding sweet toxicity.

Put another way, living within our means, even if we have to endure some hardships.

Civil rights don't clash with fiscal realities. Being anti-war doesn't clash with fiscal realities. Being anti-government-in-our-bedrooms doesn't clash with fiscal realities.There's nothing deceptive about being pro-civil-rights, anti-war, and anti-government-in-our-bedrooms.

Then add "social realities" to "physical and fiscal" realities. The point is the same. Using Beck's and other Right Wing Commentators' informative and historically grounded approach to to expression simply will not work for modern socialist, Leftist, hyper-secularized, Liberal, Leftist thinking.

It just won't. Analysis, information and adult experience force the rational mind to Conservatism. There is a golden market niche for Left wing Beck, Limbaugh or Coulter, and it cannot be filled.

The closest the Left has come is the mocker John Stewart, who is mistaken for an actual news commentator by much of his mentally anemic audience.

Again, there can be no "Left Wing Beck."

Furthermore in the 1970's the Venona tapes were declassified. It turns out that the FBI had broken the Soviets code for transmitting information during the so called "Mc Carthy Era”. The Venona Tapes confirm all the accusations made by Mc Carthy. The FBI couldn't come forward with the information at the time because the Soviets would have known we broke their code.

It is interesting how the Left throws around Mc Carthy as some kind of boogie man when he should be a national hero. In addition to that Mc Carthy was not involved in any of the HUAC (House un-American Activities Committee) investigations. (Not that there is anything wrong with thos investigations.) Mc Carthy was a senator not a congressman. Also It Was Richard M Nixon that convicted and jailed the left wing saint Alger Hiss for spying. I guess they got back at Nixon for that with the Watergate witch hunt. Hiss when he got out of jail (he should have been executed) was given a high professorship at left wing Harvard.
