The point was that when non Muslims practice such behaviour they get 'treatment' for it but in this case they are trained to do it.

Speaking from the view of one who has OC tendencies, I would have to partially agree, but I think there's much more to it than just religious indoctrination. Does the religion form the OC tendency, or does the OC-type personality seek the religion? Or both? Or is it a regional tendency? Probably all of the above, plus a couple of other factors.

It is a lack of intelligence, they may be doctors and be educated in that field but that doesn't necessarily mean they are intelligent people that can think for themselves. It just means they have learned symptom's a, b and c equals disease 6 and needs pill 10 to be treated. And that's not just muslims it's anyone. I crushed a new engineer on a job that opened up a meeting with bragging about his GPA being 4.50 and how he was top of the class and got some award, I then pointed out while all that may be true he was still the moron that put a dozen outlets and network connections in a floor to ceiling glass wall.

Smart and a good paying job does not equal intelligence.

Intelligence is the ability to learn and understand. The ability to "think for oneself" is more a trait of a spirit of independence and a tendency toward rebellion to authority. The two can work well together, or they can cause great inner struggle, depending on how one balances the two.

Along the same lines of thought that you bring up, it can be said that Christians are stupid because they can't think for themselves regarding their philosophy of caring for their brother and turning the other cheek. It makes absolutely no sense to believe that someone is responsible for that which he does not cause, nor does it make sense to turn the other cheek, unless one wishes to be a victim.

I work with many Muslims and have for decades in my field.......

And yes, the guys I know are all very intellegent and very consistant in their work ethic. None of them ever show religious negative behaviour.....

We talk about family and money and politics some but, the sterotype crap that the right pushes about Muslims is nothing short of being dishonest......

Painting all American Muslims with a middle East brush is pure ignorance........


The democrats pull the same crap with the Tea Party. They find a few idiots in one crowd and paint all the rest with the same color.......


Seeking a higher level of intellegence over the short and biased reporting we get on a daily basis is common sense.......
