I am opposed to any form of legislation that makes a preemptive ban on debate and inclusion in a government institution. I don't think the federal government should be banning marriage for anyone anymore than I believe it should be specifically legislating the inclusion for anyone.

my personal & conservative opinion aside...
my vote is no... it is a state issue --- the Constitution tells us so in the 10th Amendment...no need to change that.

I vote Nay...I also see this as a states issue,that said..I have no problem at all with Civil Unions
