The article at Millard Fillmore's Bathtub referred only Chu's Nobel, not Obama's. (I wrote the article. But check it out just to be sure I'm not remembering it incorrectly. Here: Obama’s well-qualified cabinet: Conservatives hoaxed by “J. P. Morgan” chart that verifies prejudices Millard Fillmore’s Bathtub ) That's why it was listed under Chu's biography. Obama's biography is not even mentioned.

How is Chu's being director of a private laboratory, with 4,000 employees and 12 Nobel winners, not "private sector?"

How is Chu's Nobel winning work for Bell Labs not "private sector?"

How is George Shultz's time as a professor counted? How much weight is given to the Secretary of Labor in this entire exercise? Why no consideration for HHS, since health care is such a huge growth area in jobs and technology?

Find someone from any previous administration who compares with Chu for being fitted well at Energy, or Solis for being fitted well at Labor. What former HHS head is so well suited to the job in this climate, or any climate, than Sebelius?

He IS a "ONE WORLD ORDER" supporter.

Evidently G Beck had pushed this notion of lack of private sector experience. It's not true according to politifact. Explanation here:PolitiFact | Beck says less than 10 percent of Obama Cabinet has worked in private sector

The comments from the originator of the chart are telling.

Neither has anyone else, since free markets have never existed in the capitalist economy.

Chu's parents were forced out of China because of unrest in the nation during and following World War II. They did not feel comfortable returning to the PRC, nor can I find any indication they would have been welcomed there.

Chu attended private universities, worked in private industry, and private universities. He is, essentially, a refugee from communist China with a not-necessarily-dire history only because his parents studied hard.

Your accusation is scurrilous and racist. Unless you can produce solid evidence of your claim, you should withdraw it, and apologize.

I failed to see the "racist" part of Adept's statement. You are new here so I'll give you the benifit of the doubt. Please point out the "racist" portion of that post so that we all may be aware of it. Or is this your reflexive responce to questions or opinions not of your own?

He was BORN in America to American parents who went to American Universities. He hopes to some day learn Mandarin. Read Wiki. Nobody accused him of being dumb. Or anything else you implied. He does however support the loss of American sovereignty in the pursuit of "control" of energy. Exactly what America does NOT NEED in a world being put over the "energy barrel" by communists and dictators. A person with this viewpoint should SPECIFICALLY NOT be Secretary of Energy with the power to make it happen that America loses standing, freedom, and sovereignty.
