A fun story...

One time when Mom and Dad weren't home, my elder brother decided that he would cure me of drinking before I was old enough to get started.

I was 16 and he was 20.

We were drinking rum and coke and doing shots of rum. in the backyard.

I drank him under the table. He passed out in the yard, and I managed to stumble myself to bed.

I was sick as hell the next day, but I didn't wake up in the yard!

Needless to say, when the parents found out, there was hell to pay (for HIM.)

In High School, my music department was hired out by a Fancy Brigade in the Mummer's Parade (Philly New Year's tradition)...

Afterwards we joined the crew at the Two Street Parade where they started handing out beer like madmen...Even to us!...

So I had a brilliant idea...This was 1987...when trench coats were the rage...

I ripped my pockets in my coat so the beers could slide down to the bottom of the coat...

Now only did I have 1 in my hand, but I had 18 in my coat!...I was a walking bar!...

In that case, I could write a book then.

Did have a New Year's party one year where my brother's fiancee shot up the side of the barn at midnight and his best friend woke up wearing lady's lingerai...After we dressed him up when he passed out from drinking to many B52's....

Then there was the Halloween Scavenger Hunt I threw...Woke up, came down stairs, and felt something looking down at me...It was a street sign one of the partiers decided should have been on the list of things to bring back...Along with a 300 pound rock in my living room, that they thought fit the 'home address marker' to a 'T'....

I guess I should add that the reason the Scavenger Hunt events were funny, was the both the sign and stone came from the Sheriff's Department...Things those wacky officers will do when off duty to pull a prank...
