I think it depends on the square footage of the home, access to the secondary level, etc... All of this of course would have to be examined by a professional. I know that homes in that area vary in size from shack to mansion. It's quite possible if not probable that the man has the space to facilitate this meeting.

But again, we are only dealing with noise. We haven't established another violation. I don't know that noise is grounds enough to PREVENT a meeting. I know it's grounds enough to end one.

I don't know that much about the law when it comes to stuff like this, but I agree--he should look for another venue. It isn't so much about "morality" as it is about consideration. I'm not sure I'd want to have to deal with the noise and traffice every single weekend whether it was a sex party or Granny's rock n roll knitting club.

um
I've seen photos of Cher's home in Architectural Digest

It's a split level

It could easily hold more than 100 people

Just because the design of a home is a split level, doesn't mean it's in Levittown.

...just saying

It's easy to get a idea of what you are working with, do a google earth or mapquest of the area and then do a real estate search of the area to get an idea of the size of the houses in the neighborhood....Give me a sec I'll have a link.

Hey I found a picture of the house itself...Not really a good pic, but getting 100 people in there seems like it would be a stretch.

Not to mention the parking.
