I don't know that much about the law when it comes to stuff like this, but I agree--he should look for another venue. It isn't so much about "morality" as it is about consideration. I'm not sure I'd want to have to deal with the noise and traffice every single weekend whether it was a sex party or Granny's rock n roll knitting club.

It's easy to get a idea of what you are working with, do a google earth or mapquest of the area and then do a real estate search of the area to get an idea of the size of the houses in the neighborhood....Give me a sec I'll have a link.
Hey I found a picture of the house itself...Not really a good pic, but getting 100 people in there seems like it would be a stretch. ![]() Not to mention the parking. |
