Default Baby Fever

I've heard that woman have baby fever. I've witnessed it first hand. Do straight men have the same thing?

Random question, just something that I've been thinking about.

Marilyn Monroe had it, but she was talked into sterilization at a young age to preserve her career. So she had what they call false pregnancies. You have all the symptoms of being pregnant and your friends may even assume you are too.
Another word is hysterical pregnancy.
One of my many aunts used to work in a gay bar in the 60's. She had many gay friends who had these false pregnancies. I don't know if it was preceded by baby fever or not.
I know a lot of young straight men in my realm of acquaintance (when we were all of child bearing age) would get their heart set on a family right off the bat in a marriage.
That's my wealth of info. I hope it helped.
