McCain beats Obama in race of hissing cockroaches

Quote:
NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - This presidential race was no contest: John McCain sped to the finish while Barack Obama was reluctant to leave the starting point.

But there's no guarantee giant Madagascar hissing cockroaches will predict the real result in November.

The roach race Thursday was part of the New Jersey Pest Management Association's annual clinic and trade show.

Organizers liken the race's prediction success to that of Punxsutawney Phil on Groundhog Day.

Association Executive Director Leonard Douglen says the 2000 roach race came close. The Gore roach won by an antenna, hanging chads not included.
Imagine how much money saved if we just did it this way instead of elections?...

I'm sorry but the implications one may draw from this demonstration is that the promoter is likening both McCain and Obama to vermin and the kind who spit and hiss at each other.

It's the sort of display of obfuscation the Palestinians have successfully used over the years to create a moral confusion in the minds of those unfamiliar with the facts.

Most people won't take the time to dig through all the B.S. to find the truth and so the Palestinians are able to appear as just the opposing side in the stalemate between them and the Israelis, when in reality, they are the source of the problem.

In this instance of the two cockroaches, it has become somewhat fashionable amongst many, to say that BOTH political parties are bad and to put a pox on both their houses. But that is an obfuscation of the reality.

Barack Obama may be a nice guy and a good speaker and exciting, but he is not the kind of person we should trust.

The Company He Keeps

Meet Obama’s circle: The same old America-hating Left.

By Andrew C. McCarthy

Why is Barack Obama so comfortable around people who so despise America and its allies? Maybe it’s because they’re so comfortable around him.

He presents as the transcendent agent of “change.” Sounds platitudinous, but it’s really quite strategically vaporous. Sen. Obama is loath to get into the details of how we should change, and, as the media’s Chosen One, he hasn’t had to.

But he’s not, as some hopefully dismiss him, a charismatic lightweight with a gift for sparkling the same old vapid cant. Judging from the company he chooses to keep, Obama’s change would radically alter this country. He eschews detail because most Americans don’t believe we’re a racist, heartless, imperialist cesspool of exploitation. The details would be disqualifying.

Andrew C. McCarthy on Barack Obama on National Review Online
Whereas, John McCain is trustworthy, solid, steadfast, reliable, physically, mentally and morally courageous.

But those who want to defeat McCain are trying to encourage the view that because McCain's campaign has sought to expose the alarming shortcomings of Obama that he is playing dirty. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Because our MSM has failed in their responsibility to vet Obama adequately it is up to SOMEONE to prevent someone like the junior Senator from gaining access to the seat of power in America.

John McCain is doing the job of the media in vetting Obama. If the MSM was doing their job McCain would be able to stick with the facts rather than talking about the troubling aspects of his opponent's candidacy.

And keep in mind that the goal of 'organizers' according to the leftist revolutionary Saul Alinsky, is to create in the people a sense of general dissatisfaction with the government so as to make them ready for the kind of revolution that swept over Tsarist Russia and created the Soviet Union.

Anyone equating the two candidates and calling them both bad is no friend of mine and whether they know it or not, they are not America's friend, either.

They are dupes. Stooges. Useful idiots.

P.S. Yes, I know it was a promotional stunt at a pest control association event. And yes, I can imagine the images or videos of the race will be of use to the revolutionary organizers to help make their points.
