And the fact that I haven't a clue how to make them any bigger, just proves my lack of tech skills,
Which image online storage did you use?
Like mine is photobucket. I set up albums, in each I see the pixs I uploaded. If I left click the picture of choice it increases in size. And to the right is 4 selections to place it where ever. The last is what I use to put the pix into a post. By left clicking it and selecting copy.

This is my new flag and pole. In the larger shot.

Now this is the album I took from and note the BOTTOM side of each pix, 4 choices. To post I use the last one.

The link and it is free.

I went to Lowe's for the material. And for a little more I got the whole kit. But what got me is so many people were buying flags or kits like the one I got. About every other cart had a flag or flag and pole kit in it. Lowe's had about 200 on display. And several stands were already empty. I think I counted 50 to a stand.

Oh we are pioneers no doubt. But in the midwest they really decorate. Especially with all the blow up animals and stuff they have at walmart these days. Giant Bunnies and Santas. Its crazy out there.

Where I lived on the Mississippi we had what we called "The Tug Fest" Where they haev a Tuf o war across the river. Its a three day thing. With Music and concessions. And every little town or Burg has their own events and celebrations. Its not like that in Ca. I really didn't see one flag this morning.

But we don't need to import snow, like some in LA did a few years back. lol But no flags. Aw a shame. I bet the Mexican flags come out on the bigger Mexican holidays.
Surfs up.... You enjoying it?

I know from my child hood at birthday parties. I wasn't knocking them. Just wondering if the brought out the flag on special days. I did live in california twice, mu moms side of the family was from there. From Dan Diego to Oakland as a teen. And while overseas with the military when dad was in the Army I had friends of all races.
I never knew what being a racist was till I entered the Army in and went to the Nam. In the Nam it roared its ugly head. But beiing a toker I had to many frineds except for the red necks. beer drinking, race hating low breads the few we had.
I can't see how people judge by skin color or race. It makes no sense to me.

But I understand hate as a tool to for the destruction of an enemy, or and evil group of like minded people. I don't love any terrorist and yet I pray before they come to th eend of life they come to Christ. But if I was younger I would be in the Military doing my part to see them dead. I can't explain it but there is a difference.
