They wait to reinterpret the world for our dumb eyes and ears

They lurk hoping to forget reality, change meaning and deny

Events seen and discussed by many, will be changed, or lost to the future

No, No, It did not happen and it surely did not happen that way

By the year 2020, the memories of 2007, will be fantasies of make believe.

George W. Bush may even be a hero by then.
