Evoking executive privilege isn't obstruction of congress. Also, obstruction of congress by the president isn't a crime.
Since Trump has been trying to get to the bottom of corruption and illegal actions by former government officials, I have a hard time seeing that as obstruction. Since Schiff and Pelosi are trying to obfuscate and redirect attention away from the real crimes committed by members of the DNC, maybe they should be the ones facing this charge.
Breaking finance campaign laws? Have to point out what laws and how. Since even paying for a taxi can be construed as breaking FCL's, I don't put much stock in them.

His salary is returned to the largest slush fund in the world. It is called the United States Treasury. If you actually had a clue it would make debate more interesting. Trump hasn't recently been convicted of any crime.

Can't a leftist EVER tell the truth? Not a "conviction" it was a settlement to appease rabid NY regulators. No money was misused, stolen or misdirected or misappropriated or used to finance the campaign (all claimed in the MSM).

The circumstance was, Trump dropped out of a debate that was being broadcast on Fox (this was when he was feuding with Megan Kelley and she was a moderator) and held a fundraising event for veterans instead.

The campaign organized the event and ran the show but set-up the Trump Foundation website as the donation portal. Of the total money raised, ($5.6 million) the Trump Foundation dispensed about half of the donations immediately to dozens of pre-chosen charities.

The rest of the money was dispensed BY THE CAMPAIGN at campaign events to local veteran's charities in the different towns he was visiting over the following months before the election.

Snopes says:

"Around half of the $5.6 million raised by Trump during his veterans’ charity event on 28 January 2016 was initially paid to the Donald J Trump Foundation, before then being distributed to veterans groups. The rest of the funds raised were donated directly to veterans charities, without first passing through the foundation. It’s inaccurate to say that the money ended up in the candidate’s personal account or was used to fund his presidential campaign."

So yeah, this set-up ran afoul of NY rules governing foundations (where the foundation was chartered) and how funds are dispensed from donations. I don’t see nefarious intent or actions other than trying to garner some local press beneficial to the campaign at campaign stops, handing out checks from the January fundraiser to local charities.
