Default What Ya Eatin'?

I closed the "What's For Dinner 2" thread...Got too big, so it's time to start another...

Manwiches this evening...

I work until 11:30PM, and I don't really like to brown up a pound of beef at 1:30PM in the morning, so I usually do it on my days off...

Tonight was Famous Dave's onion rings, catfish fingers, joes, mac and cheese, 2 beers, and a chocolate shake. I'm stuffed.

I made a Steak and Guinness Stew tonight and rank it right up with one of my better offerings and may have a picture later.

Good to be back.

I stopped at the grocery deli on the way to work and got a container of high rollers (pinwheels)
Mine had ham, pimento cheese spread and lettuce. I got some pea salad to go with.

Baked some flounder and sweet taters with leftover mac & cheese for a side. Had fresh pineapple and peaches for desert.

I ate 2 slices of the 7" pizza from The Pit.
It was topped with Italian sausage and extra cheese.

Spaghetti and meatballs...which has neither spaghetti nor meatballs...

Because of my toothal situation, I can't actually chew through long strings of spaghetti, so I use elbow macaroni or, like this time, penne rigati...

...and instead of meatballs, I brown up some ground beef in a frying pan, drain it, and put it directly in the sauce...

...so I'm having penne rigati in one helluva meat sauce (topped with some parmesan cheese)...
