My wife just made my son and me scrambled eggs, adoule (sp?) sausage and toast. If it wasn't for her I would weigh 150 lbs.

All I can say is it smells heavenly in here right now.
Too bad we don't have smellOvision.

Yep, nice comforting food to come later on this chilly day.

Nice juicy porterhouse steak with butter and a splash of Worcestershire to finish - baked sweet potato with butter and garlic and pepper seasoning.

Steamed zucchini tossed with bow tie pasta, butter, garlic and fresh parsley, topped with fresh grated parmesan.

Me belly be happy.

Yesterday I made a full blown Turkey meal for dinner/supper. I have been stuffed all day so have not eaten much. My supper consists of popcorn.

https://www.cookscountry.com/recipes...rimp-and-grits

Only I used peeled cooked shrimp, didn't toast the grits as suggested.
Somehow it all came out delicious.
Looks very complicated, but it's not at all.
Much..

Then I made 4 loaves of cranberry pecan bread which are wrapped and stored in the freezer for next week's Thanksgiving celebration.
