Made turkey burgers in the grill pan, topped with coleslaw and bbq sauce on brioche buns.

Then a trip to the ever busy ice cream place downtown for a twisty cone.

Last night's dinner: Scallops with a lemon basil sauce, and fresh grated parmesan over pasta. Spouse did a terrific job.

Lunch: a grilled artichoke sub from Penn Station.
Supper: yuge Idaho potato drowned in Stouffer's creamed spinach.

Actually, I didn't get any pork...I was too late (I got to work at 2:30PM...It started around noon)...

BUT!...There was a TON of chicken and some mac & cheese...I'm stuffed...
