I made some chili verde this afternoon, it turned out pretty good...

Found the recipe on Food Wishes and had never tried any stew with those types of ingredients....

Thick greenish stew with pork and potatoes, a real treat....

Amelia loves those meatballs and gravy at IKEA and look forward to taking her there when I get home.

Last night was a wok fried lobster. There were so many appys I could only eat half.

1 year old aged Gouda cheese, Imported, by Ruvpenaer. Thin sliced at room temp.

Dry and robust flavor. Slightly saltly along the rine, probably washed in aging with a salt water brine. Excellent in Lobster macaroni and cheese, with cheddar and Jack cheese with it.

Regards, Kirk
