That's a cool video, but IMO the pet owners filming that are horribly irresponsible.
If you own a swimming pool and have a puppy the first day home throw their ass in the pool and show them where the steps are. If pups do not know where the steps are they can swim in circles and drown. Show them where the steps are and it is not an issue at all. The older dog learned that.
