It seems to low to have been a 3rd stage failure to me.. Just IMHO... And why would the Russian's admit it so soon?

Possibly, explains why they admitted it so soon.. But 3rd stage rocket failures happen a lot higher, don't they?

I think the rocket failure is a cover up. But that is just IMO...
