The Republicans are lying about Medicaid when they claim the expansion is paid for with deficit spending because a tax was imposed to specifically pay for the expansion. Is the tax enough? I'm not sure but if it's not then it needs to be raised. Simple solution.
Of what "TAX" are you speaking? Obamacare is only a "TAX" because the SCOTUS called it one to legitimize it's birth. It is a "Tax" only in the sense that Americans must buy insurance.
As for the deficit spending, we have not had a balanced budget, for real, in generations. We currently borrow 40 cents of every dollar our government spends on everything upon which it spends.. That, by definition, means we borrow for Obamacare (the subsidies) as well. So,,,,,,,who's lying now?
