And people would be keeping the doctor and health plan they like...

There wouldn't be a rule from the federal government proclaiming that working 30 hours a week is "full time" (I have no clue as to why the Left isn't rampantly mad at this...Wait...I DO know)...

We hear, every now and then, conservatives threatening to move to another country if they don't get their way. One (I've forgotten who) threatened to move to Australia. Limbaugh threatened to move to Costa Rica (I'm presuming for the easy access to drugs). Now, Glenn Beck is talking about moving to Canada.

What do all three of these countries have in common, besides being no better at soccer than America? National health care!

The hate America unless it's my kind of America crowd would run to countries either more socialist or whiter than here. Then they would start telling them that they're screwed up as well.

Nothing about how many Democrats threatened to move to Canada when Bush was elected to a second term?

And what makes you think that ANY law is so sacrosanct that it can't be changed at any time? The polls show most Americans don't like Obamacare and more than a few Republicans were elected by promising to try and get rid of it. They are trying to do the job they were elected to do and are well within their right to do exactly as they are doing. If passing a law were the final move, we'd still have Temperance.

I was under the NHS for 5 years.
No complaints at all.
Obamacare will be nothing remotely like the National Health Service in the UK.
Of course it's been around longer and government control in other countries is a hell of a lot different than what it could become here in the good ol' U S of A.

I've been talking about this for years on another forum.

and that's all I'm going to say about it!

Wrong. Obamacare is GAINING in popularity. As for who was elected based on it, News flash: Barack Obama was re-elected, the Democrats kept the Senate, and the Democrats got over a million more votes for House candidates than the Republicans.

And before you say the poll is biased, remember: It's by the Wall Street Journal, which is, to borrow Mitt Romney's phrase, severely conservative.

GOP plummets, Obamacare soars in shutdown standoff ? MSNBC

From your overly biased article:

Quote:
The law is actually gaining support in the latest poll: 38% of respondents now say the law is a good idea versus 43% who say itís a bad idea, a major bump from the 31-44 margin it polled last month and its best result in over a year.
The people who think it is a bad idea went from 44% to 43% well within the margin of error and no change at all. What the article doesn't say is what question was asked and what the other 19% consisted of.

You can put full faith in this poll if you want to, but I certainly would question it before I accepted it verbatim.
