Basically for awhile in Commie-fornia businesses were forced to allow trespassers to come into that business for 3 hours a day for a max of 120 days a year to solicit employees about joining a union. And the supreme court struck that law down. How it stood in place for so long I have no idea because it should have been blatantly obvious that this was a violation of property rights. These people aren't employees, property owners, contractors/vendors, or invited guests.Heck they are even government inspectors or law enforcement. This would be no different if the government of Commie-fornia forced meat packing plants to allow peta-tard representatives to discuss with the employees the evils of eating meat or some other nonsense.

Maybe.I think the reason why Commie-fornia made the ridiculous law in the first place was to allow union activists to harass the workers into submission and to **** the employer. A card check on the other hand is just a simple yes or no ballot and goes away much easier.

If workers actually thought they could get more money and better benefits with no strings attached by simply joining a union then Commie-fornia wouldn't have made a law requiring that businesses allow outside union reps three hours a day for a max of a 120 days to try to harass workers into joining a union.
