90% of that stuff is not infrastructure. Infrastructure are things like roads, bridges, waterways, and maybe public utilities like gas, water and sewage. Calling this an infrastructure bill is laughable seeing how less that ten percent of it actually goes to infrastructure. The majority of it seems like green new deal crap, letting people off the hook for college debt and other nonsense not related to infrastructure. Sure if this was called a jobs bill then yeah you would have a point.

If they want to pass a infrastructure bill then remove the **** that isn't actually infrastructure and make it a clean infrastructure bill. That way if republicans don't go along with it then they can look like *******s like they did when Pelosi actually made a clean stimulus payment increase payment bill from 400 to 1400 before the Georgia elections and Mitch McConnell's (almost as though we was trying to give the republican majority)stupid ass said no thus resulting in a even larger bloated bill a couple months down the road and people still getting the 1400 stimulus increase.

What remaking the bill? Biden’s meeting with Republicans prompted no changes in the Covid-19 relief bill. It will be the same story with the infrastructure pork barrel. It's the Nancy Pelosi definition of bipartisan "Republicans were in the room" when the decision was made. Unlike Obama with the so-called stimulus bill and Obamacare Biden pretended to listen then went forward with the unchanged bill.

Democrats assign altruistic sounding names to bills so they can bray about how unreasonable Republicans are to oppose them. They stuff them with unrelated Democrat agenda items and crony giveaways for their media toadies to cover up. The entire Obamacare bill is laid over an unrelated veterans benefit bill.

The green new deal rebuild 2 million homes and build housing projects in the suburbs along with gifts to the SEIU and teachers unions aren’t related to infrastructure, they are gifts to political cronies. The bill overrides state right to work laws allowing Democrat loving union bosses to loot workers paychecks without their consent.

Even the recognizable as infrastructure portion of the bill is riddled with political favoritism, concentrated efforts will be made to repair and refurbish the so-called top 10 bridges in the nation but the top 10 will be determined by a competition the Biden administration will oversee. Gee, what a surprise when Democrat politics drives the choices.

To be fair republicans never had any intention of passing any covid relief bill period. Because before the Georgia election hell froze over and Nancy Pelosi actually passed a clean stimulus bill increase. Mitch McConnel said no. So as a result democrats had a easier time winning those races in Georgia, McConnel lost control and the stimulus increase happened anyway but attached to a large pork spending bill. The thing with politicians on both sides of the isle is that if its money being spent on shit they want then all of a sudden we got unlimited funds. IF its money being spent on shit they don't want then they pretend are broke and can't spare the money. As ignorant as many voters are when it comes to politics they do understand that fact.
