As far as I know the max punishment De Blasio imposed is a $1000 fine for not wearing a mask indoors. Did he enact any laws that allow judges to take away kids for parents not wearing masks while dropping their kids off at school?

I did, that's how I knew everything you posted was wrong.

There are no mask laws, simply mandates issued by politicians. Laws are passed by the State Legislatures and signed by the governor. There are no laws in any state that have met this criteria.

Protecting the red or blue gov't actions (or mythos) is what really matters.

The mother is a doctor , a practicing MD, who likely knows a bit more about infectious disease transmission than the good mayor.

Whether is is a law, and ordinance, or an edict, the mask regulation defies the known science.

At this point i have no reason to assume she's lying.
And we have amply evidence of Courts and overzealous Social service workers around the country taking children from responsible parents for little or NO good reason in the past.
