Manafort, Flynn, Stone, Papadopoulos, etc. were all victims of the Mueller witchhunt President Trump is right to pardon them for convictions resulting from perversion of the criminal justice system.

As for the defense spending bill veto, President Trump is trying to use it as leverage to reign in the toxic rule of social media plutocrats. Biden's upcoming autocracy is not going to do anything to displease their pay master censors essential to maintaining the myth the elderly, brain damaged leader is in charge.

If I were President there'd be thousands of people pardoned and Book and film produced on WHY each were.

But i have to say, many of the people Trump has pardoned look like simple crooks and murders.

how many of those presidents pardon 25 or more people involved with their own accused crimes?
half these pardons are people who kept their moth shut about don's involvement. the rest are sickening pardons of like minded retches who robbed the public trust or killed innocent civilians. no you cannot what aboutism this.

he doesn't want cyber security against the russians and he doesn't want bases renamed. even disputing a thing or two he should not veto this bill because democrats and republicans worked hard on it. they rarely work in bipartisanship on anything but this and the rescue bill they did. he just blew both of them up.
he's the worst president in history and continues to break that record probably till he's gone. no probably after he's gone. any politician who stays on board with him now is not worthy of office.

The veto of the Defense Authorizaton bill is merely symbolic; it will easily be overridden.

As for the last-minute pardons, they are hardly scandalous: It seems that every president issues them, just as he is going out the door. (I have always opposed this practice--and still do--but just why Trump should be singled out, as though his predecessors were entirely pure in this regard, I have no idea.)

Aside from that, exactly what proof do you have (that others simply could not provide) concerning the president's "involvement" in crimes?

Hate to play devils advocate here but the left isn't complaining about how many people he pardoned or commuted. They are complaining who he pardoned. The who is the important part, the how many is irrelevant part. The fact Obama pardoned a terrorist and a traitor would be relevant.
