![]() And those rules are based on what ideals what principals...?
That's the question at base Salt. Secular atheist and humanist believe those ideals come from man and are ever changing. But the nation was founded with the majorities believe in the God and moral principals found in the Bible. Our laws were/are ROOTED in them. the past 70+ years Secular atheist and humanist have been pretending that we MUST abandoned or overturn various aspects of our foundational morals. bit bit bit little by little. easy divorce, "free love", no need for marriage, homosexual "rights", trans"rights" homosexual marriage "rights", arbitrary changing of God given gender definitions and nomenclature, Removing mention of God in schools, then from teachers mouths, then removal or punishment of mention of God by students in class or papers, misrepresentation or removal of God and Church in academic tools, suppression of mention of God at commencements, attacks on mention of God in politics, at the court house, denounced prayers at the halls of legislators, at public events, as owner or employee at your own business. Killing of unborn children and denials of the science and God's order not to kill. Little by little making the assumption that the STATE's new rules supersede God's will in the lives of everyone. But here's the thing, AT worse, the State should only make room for people to PRACTICE their faith freely, not to squelch it. That's what the Pilgrims came here for. The state is a tool. It has no built in morals or ideals. Secularism has no inherent morals without God, NONE. It can only impose arbitrary rules that blow with the cultural winds or intellectual or emotional fads. (like the eugenics fad where U.S. and State laws where made to sterilize the unfit in the name of "science".) the State is not God, never will be.

![]() Does that hurt your feelings and are you giving an ultimatum or a warning? If you don't like the comparison, maybe you should examine your ideology and understand why the comparison is being made. The comparison is there for a reason. If you disagree with that reason, explain why. But to simply get upset and stomp your feet when people point out the obvious, is childish.
