Dear Mr. President,

I appreciate the opportunity to update you this afternoon on the Department's review of voter fraud allegations in the 2020 election and how these allegations will continue to be pursued. At a time when the country is so deeply divided, it is incumbent on all levels of government, and all agencies acting within their purview , to do all we can to assure the integrity of elections and promote public confidence in their outcome.

I am greatly honored that you called on me to serve your Administration and the American people once again as Attorney General. I am proud to have played a role in the many successes and unprecedented achievements you have delivered for the American people. Your record is all the more historic because you accomplished it in the face of relentless, implacable resistance. Your 2016 victory speech in which you reached out to your opponents and called for working together for the benefit of the American people was immediately met by a partisan onslaught against you in which no tactic, no matter how abusive and deceitful, was out of bounds. The nadir of this campaign was the effort to cripple, if not oust, your Administration with frenzied and baseless accusations of collusion with Russia.

Few could have weathered these attacks, much less forge ahead with a positive program for the country. You built the strongest and most resilient economy in American history - one that has brought unprecedented progress to those previously left out. You have restored American military strength. By brokering historic peace deals in the Mideast you have achieved what most thought impossible. You have curbed illegal immigration and enhanced the security of our nation's borders. You have advanced the rule of law by appointing a record number of judges committed to constitutional principles. With Operation Warp Speed, you delivered a vaccine for corona virus
on a schedule no one thought conceivable – a feat that will undoubtedly save millions of lives.

During your Administration, the Department of Justice has worked tirelessly to protect the public from violent crime ; worked closely with leaders in Mexico to fight the drug cartels ; cracked down on China's exploitation of our economy and workers; defended competition in the marketplace, especially the technology sector ; and supported the men and women of law enforcement who selflessly — and too often thanklessly their risk lives to keep our communities safe.

As discussed , I will spend the next week wrapping up a few remaining matters important to the Administration and depart on December 23rd.

Wishing you, Melania, and your family a Merry Christmas and a Blessed Holiday Season.
God Bless .

Sincerely,
William P. Barr
Attorney General

Everything tRUmp touches dies.

The most corrupt AG in history who covered up the Mueller report, who ran the Justice Department like it was tRUmps personal defense team, who lied to congress and all the other corruption they did still wasn't enough for old Don the Con who only cares about himself.

What is the number of pardons up to now? 25 or 30 people that tRUmp is going to pardon on his way out of the white house to cover up the most corrupt and criminal administration in the history of this country.

So far, Trump has granted clemency less frequently than any president in modern history

Quote:
As he enters the home stretch of his White House tenure, Donald Trump has used his clemency power less often than any president in modern history, according to data from the U.S. Department of Justice. Trump’s sparse use of pardons, commutations and other forms of official leniency stands in sharp contrast to his predecessor, Barack Obama, who used the clemency power more frequently than any chief executive since Harry Truman.

As of Nov. 23, Trump had granted clemency 44 times, including 28 pardons and 16 commutations. That’s the lowest total of any president since at least William McKinley, who served at the turn of the 20th century. Obama, by comparison, granted clemency 1,927 times during his eight-year tenure, including 212 pardons and 1,715 commutations. The only modern president who granted clemency almost as infrequently as Trump is George H.W. Bush, who granted 77 pardons and commutations in his single term.

Nice dodge.
trump is using clemency to help himself and to keep his co-sinner's mouths shut

The reason Barr didn't convict Trump of anything was because is was bogus lib-tard conspiracy nonsense, nothing more nothing less. Due to wacko piece of **** conspiracy peddling libs ruining peoples lives because of loony lib-tard orange man bad conspiracy nonsense it is proper for Trump to pardon those people.

I hate to play devils advocate but the number of people pardoned is irrelevant. I hear some radio talk show hosts bring up the irrelevant fact Obama pardoned more people than Trump did. Would be relevant is who did Obama pardoned like a terrorist leader responsible for a 130 attacks in the US and six murders; the rat traitor Bradly Manning who leaked classified information or the people who illegally shipped certain electronics to Iran.

I don't blame him either. Most people have enough sense to not peddle conspiracy loon bull**** like Trump Russia hoax or some other nonsense lib-tards tried to over turn the election with. Barr seems like an honorable man.

But it's who this most incompetent, and most ignorant president in USA history has pardoned. Mostly good buddies, associates, people that could cause him trouble if they were sent to prison.
