What exactly do these foreign governments think they are going to get from those donations?

They are buying acceptance of their citizens in our elite schools. Sort of like what a number of people just went to jail for, but they are foreign governments, so exempt from the same rules I guess.

As to the schools reporting the donations? Just recall what type of people run these universities.

Its a shame we don't tax these endowments these schools have and if we do then they should be higher.
