Default Supreme Court will hear Trump appeal to exclude undocumented immigrants from census c

Hopefully the supreme court sides with Trump.Illegals and other non-citizens should not be used with apportioning representation. SO the census should ask if someone is a citizen.

Supreme Court will hear Trump appeal to exclude undocumented immigrants from census count

The Supreme Court will hear arguments Nov. 30 on Trump administration appeal that seeks to exclude the tally of undocumented immigrants in the U.S. from the census data used to calculate the apportionment of congressional districts.
President Donald Trump had said in July that the new policy would not count such immigrants for that purpose, but an appeals court blocked his plan.
California could lose two or three seats in the House of Representatives if the Supreme Court allows the policy.

The Supreme Court said Friday that it will hear arguments on Nov. 30 on an appeal by the Trump administration that seeks to exclude the tally of undocumented immigrants in the United States from the census data used to calculate the apportionment of congressional districts.

The order came three days after the Supreme Court issued a decision that allowed the Trump administration to end field operations for the 2020 census effective that day, even as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals still considers a pending appeal that seeks to extend the count.

If the Trump administration wins the appeal regarding undocumented immigrants, states with relatively large numbers of such immigrants could lose seats in the House of Representatives.

Undocumented immigrants? Illegal aliens. There is no reason people living here illegally should have any kind of voice in our government. The scheme to gradually replace the voters by regularizing illegal aliens is a gradual one.

The Constitution clearly says that House seats are allocated based on numbers of “persons,” not “citizens.” If you have a problem with it, you’ll need to amend the Constitution.

It's against Federal law for illegal aliens to be living here. It's an inane to claim the Constitution intended illegal residents to be counted as persons for apportionment. Using your logic detainees in an INS detention center should count in the census.

Democrats have an incredibly flexible definition of personhood dependent on political convenience. The unborn child is not a person. Once born, even if to illegal alien parents, it becomes not just a person but a golden ticket for parents and family to have immunity from deportation and access to an array of welfare state benefits. As an added bonus the parents and family anchored by the baby count towards representation in Congress. Selectively ignoring immigration laws is very rewarding.

A proper census is one of a few founding actions paramount to the success of a civilization.
Mentioned in the Bible, Roman and other histories, it specifies the counting of 'who is here' ;slave and master, resident and sojourner. A leader/ government must know how many humans are within its borders.
One cannot govern without knowing what is going on.

1. Then leave the question "Are you a citizen?" in the census. It doesn't ask if you are an illegal or legal alien. So there should be no fear of being arrested.

2.If you knew anything about the bible then you would know David and all of Israel was punished for king David conducting a census.

3.I doubt the Romans, those in the bible and other histories used the census to apportion representation.

4.States should not get extra representation for ****ting on our immigration laws.
