I guess it's prejudiced of me to find it hard to take people with unnaturally colored hair and bizarre facial piercings seriously.

Yes it is kind of crazy.
Since this is supposed to depict what the new school conditions will look like, it means that the school had to hire people to create the video. Nice waste of taxpayer money to create propaganda.
