Climate Scare
That is the issue and point.
Whether or not it is human caused is irrelevant.
The climate has always changed.
As long as humans have existed, they have adapted to those changes. So have other animals such as bears, lizards, whales, foxes, lions, opossums, trout, salamanders, cockroaches, spiders, etc.
We'll be okay as long as an asteroid, comet or violent alien species leaves us alone.
