You provided opinion. As Bat asked, please show actual Laws or policies that have racism built into them. Perhaps you don't understand the difference between opinion and fact.

He sees opinions AS fact, his, and others that mirror his opinions.

Laws are equal justice for all. There is no institutional racism. But that doesn't stop Democrats from believing it exists after listening to someone's opinion on the subject.
