75-year-old man pushed to ground by Buffalo police 'comes from a peace tradition'

Make no mistake, this is exactly what facsism looks like. I ran across this in all the chatter on the web. I had been away from it all opting instead to bury myself in netflix, prime and hulu tv because I just felt to much. but I had missed this horrible scene of a gentle old man protester getting shoved hard to where his head hitting the pavement could be heard by those outside the police marching lines. sickening doesn't attempt to name the thing that has invaded our country. it reminds me of pre wwii germany, hard line china and so many south american and turkish/arab dictatorships.
fvck
what have we come to?
what are we going to do about it?

The police are advancing in a line as directed when the newly sainted SJW rushes up to confront them. It appears they have a hurried verbal exchange while the man attempts to stop the police advance. One of the police officers shoves the man who falls backwards striking his head. The police are heard expressing concern for the man while continuing their advance.

In a disgusting display of political grandstanding the mayor suspended the two officers involved. In a show of solidarity the entire tactical unit resigned. Faithful propagandists in the media portrayed the incident as another case of police brutality.

We have seen over and over again so-called peaceful protesters swarm to attack police officers when they are separated from their formation. In one instance at least a half dozen peaceful protesters targeted a female officer then attempted to drag her off after she'd been knocked to the ground. This illustrates why the police couldn't break formation to accommodate the protesters confronting them.

The shove had nothing to do with police racism or racism. It had to do with public safety and the safety of the officers. The hypocrisy of Resistance Democrats braying about "no one is above the law" as a pretext to destroy President Trump then casting violent protests as essential to democracy shouldn't be surprising but it is.

The agitater struck out towards one officers firearm before being shoved. Somehow, that point continues to be ignored by the media even though the video clearly shows it happening.
It's not as if the police initiated an assault against the man, they shoved him after he attempted contact with the officers firearm.

I'm 82. In those years I have learned a lot. One thing I have learned is to NOT stand in the middle of the road when a police line is moving toward you.

I have never been shoved by the police.

These agitators are not generating a lot of sympathy from me.

I'm nearly 60 years old and in those years I have learned a lot. One thing I have learned is to NOT stand in the middle of the road when a police line is moving toward you. Because they don't give a Sh!t about you and often blindly "obey orders" like Nazis. And will go home safe while you may be killed or maimed by them while trying to exercise your rights, or are simply innocently in the area. (or try to report on events)

I have never been shoved by the police.

These cops are not generating a lot of sympathy from me.

Look i'm going to address this seriously but you're a sharp guy and i don't understand how you come to that view.

So oK
(1) Where are "looters" and "rioters" with Grandpa there?
There ARE NONE.
FOX news says there was none, but that the cops were trying to enforce a curfew... and wanted to stop what MIGHT happen...
Can't have 75 year old man hinder 2 Police officers forward movement for 30secs, That's freakin anarchy. and would send a signal that ANTIFA and BLM have taken OVER! When everyone should know that the POLICE are our rulers and everyone should just OBEY.

(2)How exactly are peaceful protesters supposed to know if Antifa, rioters, looters or Commies are among them? There was no rioting or looting going on. and if some commie Protesters "join" the protest At city hall should others violently remove them or something?
It makes no sense.

When the racist dude in Charlottesville RAN OVER peaceful protesters.
There were outright KKK and Nazis who joined the "good people on both sides".
There was no call for those on the right who said they WEREN'T white supremacist to LEAVE just becasue there were hard core racist in the mix.
