The Left liked it MUCH better when Republicans simply caved in to "criticism of any kind"...

...like John McCain and Mitt Romney (shown below)...

The guy cannot handle criticism of any kind. Simply cannot. He cannot even stomach perceived criticism through objective news articles that don't paint his administration in a good light. Wimpiest, weakest president ever. This whole administration is the biggest group of pussies to ever occupy the White House.
I agree completely....

McCain and Romney are piece of **** liberals who masquerade as conservatives and republicans when they want to run for president.

Looks like nothing changes here. Democrat baaad, Republican goood. Now Trump's getting rid of the newspapers because maybe they don't treat him fairly? It surely can't be how he runs things because he's the greatest president ever, right?

Maybe he dog is already potty trained and there is no need for these rags anymore.

What’s hilarious is that he and his person-over-party-over-country loyalists think this makes him look tough. Even if one had the idiotic idea that these two publications are “the enemy”(They aren't.) or that they're out to get him through fake negative stories (Still aren't.), does anyone think it’s a smart idea to cut himself off from them, so he don’t even know what they publish? That makes you a moron and a terrible strategist, which is par for the course I guess.

I'll never forget the Facebook post I saw with a t-shirt that said "Trump: Finally a president with balls". It didn't say "balls", but instead had a picture of a dangling nutsack. Where on earth did they ever get the idea he's on the same plant as the word "tough"?

My guess is like a bitter ex that can't/won't stop visiting their former SO's Instagram page, he'll still get a lackey to sneak a few copies into the White House. He can't help himself.
Just recent examples. The WAPO motto is "democracy dies in darkness" but there is no demand to open up the Democrats so-called impeachment inquiry to the public. The NYT rewrites headlines when the Resistance insists they are not critical enough of Trump. But the real problem is not their pervasive political bias while posing as fact driven objective media, it's that Trump can't take any criticism.

If Trump is due any criticism for this action it's that he didn't take it sooner. The NYT and Jeff Bezos vanity newspaper have been smearing him since he announced his candidacy.

Democrats and their media toadies are fond of complaining that Trump supporters blindly support his every action but now they chortle that the Resistance rages will only lose a single subscription each.
